Common use of Health Management Program Clause in Contracts

Health Management Program. A. The City and Local 145 agree to support a Health Management Program. Effective July 1, 1991, Local 145 will be allowed to provide input into the design of the Program prior to its implementation. Local 145 input must be received by Fire Management prior to September 1 of each fiscal year. The selection of the provider will be in accordance with Council Policy 300-7. B. During the term of this agreement, the City shall continue to fund the Overall Wellness Program up to $35,000 per year. This fund will be utilized for the Wellness Program, or the maintenance or purchase of weight machines and/or similar equipment by mutual agreement of the parties. C. During the term of this agreement, the City shall provide Hepatitis B vaccinations to all members of the unit.
