Common use of Hearing Schedule Clause in Contracts

Hearing Schedule. Unless the parties agree otherwise, within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the selection of the arbitrator, a hearing shall be conducted at a time and a place in Santa B▇▇▇▇▇▇ County agreed upon by the parties.
