Heavy Articles. To approve the weight, size, placement and time and manner of movement within the Building of any safe, central filing system or other heavy article of Tenant's property. Tenant shall move its property entirely at its own risk.
Heavy Articles. No safe or article the weight of which may, in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, constitute a hazard or may cause damage to the Building or its equipment, shall be moved into the Premises. Safes and other heavy equipment, the weight of which (in the reasonable opinion of Landlord) will not constitute a hazard or cause damage to the Building or its equipment shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall be prescribed by Landlord and Landlord shall have the right to designate the location of such articles in the Premises. Tenant shall not exceed the floor load for the Premises and shall obtain the floor load from the Landlord prior to moving or placing any heavy items.
Heavy Articles. No safe or article, the weight of which may, in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, constitute a hazard of damage to the Building, shall be moved into the Premises. Other safes and heavy articles shall be moved into, from or about the Building only during such hours and in such manner as shall be prescribed by Landlord, and Landlord may designate the location of such safes and articles.

The Tenant shall not place in or move about the Premises without the Landlord’s prior written consent any safe or other heavy article which in the Landlord’s reasonable opinion may damage the Building, and the Landlord may designate the location of any heavy articles in the Premises.

The Licensee shall not, in the Equipment Room or the Building, bring in, take out, position, construct, install or move anything liable to injure or destroy any part of the Building including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any safe, business machinery or other heavy machinery or equipment without the prior written consent of the Owner. In giving such consent, the Owner shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to prescribe the permitted weight and the position thereof, and the use and design of planks, skids or platforms required to distribute the weight thereof. All damage done to the Building by moving or using any such heavy equipment or machinery shall be repaired at the expense of the Licensee. The moving of all heavy equipment or other machinery shall occur only by prior arrangement with the Owner.

Lessee shall not place in or move about the Premises, without Lessor’s prior written consent, any file cabinet, safe or other heavy article which, in Lessor’s reasonable opinion, may damage the foundation, floors, ceilings, columns, or other structural components of the Building, and Lessor may designate the location of any such heavy articles in the Premises. Business machines and other office equipment shall be placed and maintained by Lessee at Lessee’s expense in a fashion which, in Lessor’s sole discretion, shall be sufficient to absorb and prevent unreasonable vibration, noise and annoyance emanating therefrom.
Heavy Articles. Except as a result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Landlord Party, Landlord will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any safe or property from any cause, and all damage done to the Building by moving or maintaining any safe or other property shall be repaired at the reasonable expense of Tenant.

Tenant shall move its property entirely at its own risk. Landlord's approval under this Section 11.7 shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. In determining whether to grant such approval, Landlord may (i) elect to retain a structural consultant to review the impact, if any, of any such heavy articles on the Project, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all costs associated with such structural review, or (ii) require Tenant to provide Landlord with documentation reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and prepared by a structural consultant that the heavy article will not result in any damage to the Project. Without limiting the grounds upon which Landlord may reasonably withhold its approval under this Section, it shall be reasonable for Landlord to withhold its approval if, in Landlord's reasonable opinion, the heavy article will damage any portion of the Project.
Heavy Articles. The employer shall ensure that hazard identification is undertaken relating to tasks that involve heavy articles. Also develop and adopt preventative measures pursuant to each state or territory legislation.
