HHSC Prior Approval Sample Clauses

The HHSC Prior Approval clause requires that certain actions, expenditures, or decisions by a contractor or service provider must receive advance authorization from the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) before proceeding. In practice, this means that before incurring specific costs, making significant changes to a project, or engaging in particular activities, the contractor must submit a request and obtain written approval from HHSC. This clause ensures oversight and control by HHSC, helping to prevent unauthorized spending or actions and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
HHSC Prior Approval. The foregoing requirements will not preclude MCO from performing work outside the United States that HHSC has approved in writing and that HHSC has confirmed will not involve the sharing of Confidential Information outside the United States.
