Common use of High Time Clause in Contracts

High Time. Employees working eighty-five (85) feet or more above ground shall be paid at the rate in effect plus an extra straight-time rate while working such heights. This rule shall not apply when Employees are working from lift equipment or working on the roofs of buildings.
