Common use of HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT Clause in Contracts

HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT. The regular work hours for full-time employees of the Highway Department are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day. The regular work hours for full-time employees of the Highway Department whose job duties are Clerical or Office Personnel are 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day.

HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT. The Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, the regular work hours for full-time employees of the Highway Department are shall be forty (40) hours per week; Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day. The regular work hours for full-time employees of the Highway Department whose job duties are Clerical or Office Personnel are is forty (40) hours per week, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day.
