Hiring Scale. Upon ratification of this agreement, the hiring scale below will be in effect. All current employees shall be placed on the hiring according to their classification. New employees covered by this agreement shall receive wages at no less than a base rate of: Position Rate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $18.00 Nursing Assistant (NAR) $15.50 Restorative Aide (RA) $18.50 Shower Aide $19.00 Activities Aide $15.50 Hospitality Aide $15.50 Dietary Aide $15.50 Dietary Cook $16.50 Laundry Aide $15.50 Housekeeper $15.50 In the instance where a new hire would be paid a higher wage than an incumbent employee in the same position with the same experience, the incumbent employee shall be adjusted upward.
