BUSINESSES (HUBS) / MENTOR PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM In accordance with State law, it is the GLO’s policy to assist in the participation of HUBs, whenever possible, in providing goods and services to the GLO. The GLO encourages its contractors to adhere to this same philosophy in selecting Subcontractors.
