Common use of Holder Lists Clause in Contracts

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Company shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing Trustee at least five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date for Securities of any series, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holdersthe Holders of Securities of such series; provided that, as long as the Trustee is the Registrar, no such list need be furnished.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holdersholders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five (5) Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holdersholders.

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Company shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days Trustee on or before June 30 and December 31 of each interest payment date year during the term of the Notes and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, writing a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders. The Company may charge its expenses for any changes to the Note register requested by Noteholders.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of all Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Issuer, on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the Guarantors, shall furnish, furnish or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing at least five (5) Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of all Holders.

The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it from the Registrar of the names and addresses of Holdersthe Holders of Definitive Notes, if any. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Company shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing Trustee and each Paying Agent at least five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date, and at such other times as the Trustee they may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee they may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holdersthe Holders of Definitive Notes, if any.

If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the Subsidiary Guarantors, shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date or Special Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Holdings shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days Trustee before each interest payment date Interest Record Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, writing a list in such form and as of such date and in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders, which list may be conclusively relied upon by the Trustee.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall Trustee, for so long as it is acting as Registrar, will preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of all Holders. If Every Holder, by receiving and holding the same, agrees with the Company, the Guarantors and the Trustee is not that none of the RegistrarCompany, the Issuer shall furnish, Guarantors or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and or any agent or any one of them shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any information as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of to the names and addresses of the Holders, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of Holders. If the bank that is acting as Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer Company shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days before each interest payment date Interest Payment Date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of Holders.

Holder Lists. The Trustee shall preserve in as current a form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of HoldersHolders (the “Register”). If the Trustee is not the Registrar, the Issuer shall furnish, or cause the Registrar to furnish, furnish to the Trustee, in writing at least five Business Days Trustee on or before each interest payment date and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, a list in such form and as of such date as writing the Trustee may reasonably require of the names and addresses of HoldersRegister.
