Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday. In addition to Clause 16.2, a regular employee who is scheduled to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, BC Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day and Boxing Day, will be paid at the rate of time and a half for all hours worked.
