Holidays for Part. Time Employees‌ Regularly scheduled part-time employees 1) who are assigned to a regular schedule of twenty (20) or more hours per week; 2) who have worked for the City as regular or part-time employees for one (1) or more years; and 3) who during such period of time have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours shall be entitled to the holiday pay for the number of hours which such employee would have worked had the holiday not occurred, provided such holiday occurs on a day which such employee is regularly scheduled to work.
