Common use of HOLIDAYS — New Language Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAYS — New Language. All employees who have completed their probationary period shall be entitled to the following holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Christmas Day; Thanksgiving Day; or days legally celebrated in lieu thereof and any additional holiday proclaimed by the President of the United States or Acts of Congress. Explanation-Newly hired employees will qualify for holiday pay after they complete their probationary period.
