HOSPITALITY FUNCTIONS Sample Clauses

The Hospitality Functions clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the provision and acceptance of hospitality, such as meals, entertainment, or gifts, in the context of a business relationship. Typically, this clause outlines what types of hospitality are permitted, sets monetary thresholds, and may require prior approval for certain activities. For example, it might allow reasonable business meals but prohibit lavish entertainment or gifts that could be seen as influencing business decisions. The core purpose of this clause is to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with anti-bribery and ethical standards in business dealings.
