Common use of Hosting and Processing Clause in Contracts

Unless otherwise specifically agreed to by Sharework, Service Data may be hosted by the Sharework, or its respective authorized third-party service providers, in the European Union or other locations around the world. In providing the Services, Sharework will engage entities to process Service Data, including and without limitation, any Personal Data within Service Data pursuant to this GTC, within the EU and in other countries and territories. The Services offered by Sharework are hosted on Google's servers (via its Google Cloud offer) located in the European Union.
