Hosting and Technical Support. Company shall provide hosting through Amazon Web Services or another comparable hosting service. If Client requests, Company will provide Client with the technical specifications of its third-party hosting services and shall notify Client in writing of any change in the hosting provider or technical specifications.

Hosting and Technical Support. Company shall provide hosting through Amazon Web Services or another comparable hosting service. Uptime Commitment for hosting is set forth in the Service Level Agreement, which may be amended from time to time in Company’s discretion. Company shall provide ongoing support and maintenance services for the System as set forth in the Service Level Agreement.
