Common use of Hour Shift Clause in Contracts

Hour Shift. A twelve (12) hour tour shall be inclusive of a total of forty-five (45) minutes of unpaid meal time and a total of forty-five (45) minutes paid relief periods.

Hour Shift. A twelve An eight (12) 8) hour tour shall be inclusive of a total of fortyan unpaid one-five half (451/2) minutes of unpaid hour meal time period, and a total of forty-five two fifteen (4515) minutes minute paid relief periods.

Hour Shift. A twelve ten (1210) hour tour shall be inclusive of a total of fortyan unpaid thirty-five seven and one half (4537.5) minutes of unpaid minute meal time period and a total of forty-five two fifteen (4515) minutes minute paid relief periods.
