Hourly Adjusted Rate. The Hourly Adjusted Rate is the rate determined by dividing the Adjusted Rate by the number of hours in a full-time employee’s normal work week. For Operator Services employees covered by Article 37 (Operator Services) the Hourly Adjusted Rate is the rate determined by dividing the Daily Adjusted Rate by the number of hours in the employee’s normal tour.
