HOURS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK. The regular workweek shall consist of five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday inclusive. The regular work day shall consist of eight (8) hours excluding the lunch break. The lunch break shall be one-half hour. No eight (8) hour shift shall be spread over a longer period than eight and one-half (8 1/22) hours, including lunch break. The Board may institute a split shift for two (2) schools.
