Hours and Holidays Sample Clauses
The "Hours and Holidays" clause defines the standard working hours and recognized holidays applicable to the parties involved in an agreement. It typically outlines the days and times during which work is expected to be performed, as well as any official holidays when work is not required or may be subject to different terms. For example, it may specify a Monday-to-Friday workweek with certain national holidays observed. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of work schedules and time off, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding availability and obligations.
