Common use of Hours of Operation Clause in Contracts

Hours of Operation. The Company agrees to the following operating hours for the public: Monday – Saturday: 9 am – 7 pm; Sunday: 11am – 6pm. The Company agrees to not operate on legal holidays of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as established by the Secretary of State’s Office, or Suffolk County holidays. In the event that the Boston Cannabis Board (BCB) adopts any policy, rule or regulation governing the hours that Marijuana Establishments may operate in the City on certain Federal, State and Suffolk County holidays, this agreement shall be immediately amended to reflect such policy, rule or regulation.
