HOUSE RULES. RESIDENT shall comply with all house rules as stated on separate addendum, but which are deemed part of this rental agreement, and a violation of any of the house rules is considered a breach of this agreement.
HOUSE RULES. CONTRACTOR shall establish house rules for standards of conduct for Residents that shall include mandatory participation in a recovery service such as a COUNTY-approved outpatient treatment program and/or the Day Reporting Center (DRC). Said house rules shall be enforced by CONTRACTOR’s house manager and/or director, other paid staff, intern(s) or volunteer(s), as designated by CONTRACTOR’s house manager and/or director.”
10. Exhibit A, Section VI. Services, subparagraph D.10., of the Contract is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
HOUSE RULES. The ownership and enjoyment of the Unit, Parking Facility, if any and the Common Areas by the Purchaser shall be subject to the observance, fulfilment and performance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement as also the House Rules below (“House Rules”) which the Purchaser shall be obliged and responsible to comply with strictly:-
(i) to co-operate with the Maintenance In-charge in the management maintenance control and administration of the Project and the Premises and other Common Purposes.
(ii) to use the Unit only for the private dwelling and residence in a decent and respectable manner and for no other purposes whatsoever without the consent in writing of the Promoter first had and obtained and shall not do or permit to be done any obnoxious injurious noisy dangerous hazardous illegal or immoral activity at the Designated Apartment or any activity which may cause nuisance or annoyance to the Co-owners.
(iii) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, not to use the Unit or any part thereof or any part of the Project as Guest House, Boarding & Lodging House, Hotel, Nursing Home, Meeting Place, Club, Eating & Catering Centre, Hobby Centre or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of animals or any commercial, manufacturing or processing work etc., whatsoever or keep pets or animals which can be a danger to other co-owners.
(iv) Not to put up or affix any nameplate or letter box or neon-sign or sign board or other similar things or articles in the common areas or on the outside wall of the Unit or Building or anywhere in the Project PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT nothing contained herein shall prevent the Purchaser to put a decent nameplate outside the main gate of his Unit. It is hereby expressly made clear that in no event the Purchaser shall open out any additional window or any other apparatus protruding outside the exterior of the Unit save that the Purchaser shall have the right install window/ split air-conditioners at the place/s provided therefor in the Unit.
(v) Not to partition or sub-divide the Unit nor to commit or permit to be committed any form of alteration or changes in the Unit or in the beams, columns, pillars of the Buildings at the Project passing through the Unit or the common areas for the purpose of making changing or repairing the concealed wiring and piping or otherwise nor in pipes, conduits, cables and
(vi) not to close or permit the closing of verandahs or lounges or balconies or lobbies and common areas.

HOUSE RULES. (a) The Manager shall have power from time to time with the approval of the Owners’ Committee (if formed) to make, revoke and amend House Rules regulating the use, occupation, maintenance and environmental control of the Land and the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities or any part or part thereof and the conduct of persons occupying, visiting or using the same and the conditions regarding such occupation, visit or use including the payment of charges (if any) and such House Rules shall be binding on all the Owners, their tenants, licensees, servants or agents. Copies of the House Rules from time to time in force shall be posted on the public notice boards of the Building and a copy thereof shall be supplied to each Owner on request on payment of reasonable copying charges.
(b) Such House Rules shall be supplementary to the terms and conditions contained in this Deed and shall not in any way conflict with such terms and conditions or the BMO or the Government Lease. In case of inconsistency between such House Rules and the terms and conditions of this Deed, then the terms and conditions of this Deed shall prevail.
(c) Neither the Manager nor the Owners’ Committee or the Owners’ Corporation shall be held liable for any loss or damage however caused or arising from any non-enforcement of such House Rules or non-observance thereof by any third party.
(d) The Manager shall have the power from time to time to make, revoke or amend House Rules in accordance with this Clause to protect the environment of the Building and to implement waste reduction and recycling measures with reference to the guidelines on property management issued from time to time by the Director of Environmental Protection.
(e) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (b) above, the Manager shall subject to the prior approval of the Owners’ Committee (if formed) be entitled to make revoke and amend rules regulating and restricting the use of the Recreational Facilities including without limitation restricting the use of the Recreational Facilities in certain circumstances or to certain persons, and the fixing of the payment for use of any of the Recreational Facilities PROVIDED THAT all such payments to the Manager shall be credited to the management account to be utilised towards the management, maintenance and repair of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities.
HOUSE RULES. The Resident agrees to obey any House Rules, which are reasonably related to the safety, care and cleanliness of the building and the safety, comfort and convenience of the Residents. Such rules may be modified by the Landlord from time to time provided that the Resident receives written notice of the proposed change, reasons for the change and an opportunity to submit written comments during a 30 day comment period at least 30 days before the proposed effective date of the change in the Rule. 11.12.3 In case the Allottee has applied for and has been allotted Parking Facility, the same shall be subject to the following conditions: -
(i) The Allottee shall pay the Parking Facility Maintenance Charges punctually and without any delay or default
(ii) the Allottee shall not park any motor car, two-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or any other vehicle at any other place in the Project Land (including at the open spaces at the Project Land) nor claim any right to park in any manner whatsoever or howsoever;
(iii) the Allottee shall use the Parking Facility so agreed to be granted, only for the purpose of parking of his medium sized motor car that could comfortably fit in the allotted Parking Facility and/or two-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as the case may be.
(iv) No construction or storage of any nature shall be permitted on any parking space nor can the same be used for rest, recreation or sleep of servants, drivers or any person whosoever.
(v) The Allottee shall not park any vehicle of any description anywhere within the Project save only at the place, if agreed to be granted to him.
(vi) The Allottee shall not grant transfer let out or part with the Parking Facility independent of the Design...
