HOUSING UNIT. The property described in the Certificate of Insurance comprising: • the Structure; • all non-load bearing elements and fixtures and fittings for which the Policyholder is responsible; • any Common Parts retaining or boundary walls forming part of or providing support to the Structure; • any path or roadway within the perimeter of such property; • the drainage system within the perimeter of such property for which the Policyholder is responsible; • any garage or other permanent out-building. Housing Unit does not include any swimming pool, temporary structure, free-standing household appliance, fence, retaining or boundary wall not forming part of or providing support to the Structure.
HOUSING UNIT. Permit the total number of Housing Units owned by the Borrower, including Housing Units under construction, but excluding model housing units and Housing Units Under Contract, at any time to exceed 35% of the total number of Housing Unit Closings during the immediately preceding 12-month period; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the total number of Housing Unit Closings during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the Closing Date shall include Housing Unit Closings of Greystone during such period.

HOUSING UNIT. ▪ foundations; ▪ load-bearing parts of floors, staircases and associated guard rails, walls and roofs, together with load-bearing retaining walls necessary for stability; ▪ roof covering; ▪ any external finishing surface (including rendering) necessary for the water-tightness of the external envelope; ▪ floor decking and screeds, where these fail to support normal loads.
HOUSING UNIT. The seniority list shall indicate calendar date which shall be the recognized amount of seniority accumulated by the employee and shall incorporate all circumstances defined within this Collective Agreement, which will freeze or diminish an employee's accumulated seniority. The date of hire list shall indicate a calendar date upon which the employee commenced employment. An up-to-date seniority and date of hire lists shall be placed on the bulletin boards of each department by the 15th of January and July of each year and following any changes upon the list. Copies shall be sent to the Unit Chairperson.
HOUSING UNIT and ―Housing Units‖ shall mean individually and collectively the seventy- four (74) individual apartment units within Phase B of the Apartment Complex to be constructed and operated by Tenant (or its Affiliate(s)) on the Property as affordable rental housing throughout the entire Affordability Period. ―HUD‖ shall mean the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. ―Impositions‖ shall mean all taxes (including, without limitation, sales and use taxes); assessments (including, without limitation, all assessments for public improvements or benefits whether or not commenced or completed prior to the Commencement Date and whether or not to be completed within the Term); water, sewer or other rents, rates and charges; excises; levies; license fees; permit fees; inspection fees and other authorization fees and other charges; in each case whether general or special, ordinary or extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen, of every character (including all interests and penalties thereon), which are attributable or applicable to any portion of the Term and may be assessed, levied, confirmed or imposed on or in respect of, or be a lien upon (a) the Property or the Improvements, or any part thereof, or any estate, right or interest therein, (b) any occupancy, use or possession of or activity conducted on the Property or the Improvements, or any part thereof, or (c) this Ground Lease. The term ―Impositions‖ shall also include any and all increases in the foregoing, whether foreseen or unforeseen, ordinary or extraordinary, including, without limitation, any increase in real property taxes resulting from a sale of the Property by Landlord. ―Improvements‖ shall mean the Apartment Complex and any other improvements, including the building fixtures thereon, now located on the Property, if any, or hereafter constructed on the Property as part of Phase B of the Project; all landscaping, fencing, walls, paving, curbing, drainage facilities, lighting, parking areas, roadways and similar site improvements now located or hereafter placed upon the Property. ―Indemnitees‖ has the meaning set forth in Section 16.3(a) of this Ground Lease.
