Common use of How Accumulated Clause in Contracts

How Accumulated. Subject to paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of this Gratuity Plan, an employee shall be credited with 8 hours for each complete quarter of every calendar year worked by the employee and not more than 32 hours for each calendar year worked by the employee. An additional credit of 8 hours shall be given for each completed calendar year during which the employee was not on paid sick leave. An employee may accumulate a credit of not more than 960 hours under this Gratuity Plan.
