How Accumulated. A credit of three (3) working shifts shall be credited to each employee for each complete calendar year worked, or for a part year, a credit of one (1) day for each four (4) months of service, which may be accumulated to a non-renewable, non-replenishable career maximum of one hundred and twenty (120).
