Hybrid Loops. Sprint will provide CLEC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of broadband and narrowband services as provided below. Sprint is not required to provide unbundled access to the packet switched features, functions, and capabilities of its Hybrid Loops. 44.8.1. When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of broadband service, Sprint will provide CLEC, on an unbundled basis, with non-discriminatory access to the time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 and DS3 capacity, to the extent the Commission or FCC has determined that impairment exists, to establish a transmission path between Sprint’s Central Office and the CLEC’s end-user’s premises. 44.8.2. When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of narrowband services, Sprint will 44.8.2.1. Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to the entire Hybrid Loop capable of providing voice-grade service (i.e. equivalent to DS0 capacity) using time division multiplexing, or 44.8.2.2. Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to a spare Copper Loop serving that end-user.
