IBM Responsibilities. Starting on the Effective Date, IBM will provide the following Services within the United Kingdom during the selected Service Periods; 1. The provision of on-site and remote diagnostic and remedial maintenance service to keep the Machines in, or restore the Machines to, conformance with the manufacturer's published specifications. 2.
