Common use of IBM SaaS Subscription Period Renewal Clause in Contracts

IBM SaaS Subscription Period Renewal. The Government Customer may renew an IBM SaaS offering at the end of a Subscription Period by providing IBM with a funded delivery order prior to the end of the Subscription Period. If a renewal order is received by IBM with a coverage commencement date later than the first day following the end date of the prior Subscription Period, the Government Customer shall promptly modify the order to reflect the day following the end date of the of the prior Subscription Period.
