Subscription Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and during the Term, JCurve hereby provides Customer with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in connection with an assignment) and terminable license to access and to use JCurve online business application suite and modules powered by NetSuite or NetSuite applications (the “Service”) purchased by Customer as described in the invoice solely for Customer’s operations. The terms of this Agreement shall also apply to any modules or features subsequently provided by JCurve to Customer, and/or that have been purchased by Customer that augment or enhance the current business application. JCurve shall host the Service and may update the functionality and user interface of the Service from time to time in its sole discretion and in accordance with this Agreement as part of its ongoing mission to improve the Service and Customers’ use of the Service.
Subscription Service. ServiceNow authorizes Customer to access and use the Subscription Service during the Subscription Termin the applicable Ordering Document, solely for its internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation.
Subscription Service. On termination of an Ordering Document, Reseller Order, or expiration of a Subscription Term, Customer will stop accessing and using, and ServiceNow will stop providing, the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in these Terms of Service terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice. Customer will, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for ServiceNow’s breach, submit to Reseller a claim for refund for any prepaid fees paid to Reseller covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination.
Subscription Service. PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.
Subscription Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ServiceNow authorizes Customer to access and use the Subscription Service during the Subscription Term stated in the applicable Use Authorization, solely for its internal business purposes in accordance with the Documentation. Customer will not otherwise access or use the Subscription Service in a manner that exceeds Customer’s authorized access and use rights as set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Use Authorization.
Subscription Service. EmbassyCard is a subscription service and there is a monthly membership fee for EmbassyCard Account held and for EmbassyCard Services, which include the Supplementary Card Account and the Dashboard Services. These Fees are chargeable from the date you Load Money on the Card and Activate your EmbassyCard Account. You can cancel this Agreement as set out in “Your Right to Cancel” section of this Agreement. The monthly Membership Fees will be deducted automatically from your Bank Account that is associated with your EmbassyCard Account. Please be aware that EmbassyCard Membership Fees are monthly and will remain until the last month your Account is held with us.
Subscription Service. A trip to the same place at the same time at least twice a week for a minimum period of 30 days.

Subscription Service. If any non-conformity to the Product Overview (excluding any non-conformity caused by a modification to the Subscription Service made by Customer or a third-party acting at Customer’s direction), persists without relief more than 30 days after Customer’s notice to the Reseller of the non-conformity, then upon ServiceNow’s timely receipt of such notice from Reseller, as Customer’s exclusive remedy (and ServiceNow’s sole liability in connection with this warranty), ServiceNow may terminate the affected Subscription Service immediately, and ServiceNow will refund to Reseller any prepaid subscription fees covering the remainder of the applicable Subscription Term for the non- conforming Subscription Service after the date of termination, whereupon Customer may submit to Reseller a claim for refund of any amounts paid for the same. This Section 6.2.1 sets forth Customers exclusive rights and remedies (and ServiceNow’s sole liability) in connection with this warranty.
Subscription Service. Subject to this Agreement, and in consideration of the fees specified in any Order, Smartsheet will make the Subscription Service available to Customer throughout the Term. If Customer purchases a subscription to an Add-On, the Subscription Service will be deemed to include such Add-Ons except as otherwise expressly provided herein. Smartsheet hereby grants Customer a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Subscription Service during the Term for Customer’s internal business purposes, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
