ICP Programming Sample Clauses

The ICP Programming clause defines the requirements and procedures for programming, configuring, or updating the Integrated Circuit Programming (ICP) of a device or system. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the parties involved in providing the necessary software, firmware, or programming instructions, as well as the timing and method for delivering or updating the programming. For example, it may specify that the supplier must provide pre-programmed chips or that updates must be delivered electronically within a certain timeframe. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties are clear on how and when the ICP will be programmed, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring the device operates as intended.
