Identification and Management of Risks. You shall have in place appropriate systems for the identification and management of risks in relation to the delivery of our Products in line with the relevant Mandatory Documentation and any Regulatory Conditions. You shall take all reasonable steps to prevent the occurrence of these risks. Where a risk cannot be prevented you shall mitigate the risk as appropriate and keep us fully informed.

Identification and Management of Risks. 13.1 The assessment venue shall take all reasonable steps to identify, record and manage the risk of any incident which could have an Adverse Effect. 13.2 Where such a risk is identified, the assessment venue shall take all reasonable steps to: 13.2.1 prevent the incident from occurring or, where it cannot be prevented, reduce the risk of that incident occurring as far as is possible; and 13.2.2 prevent any Adverse Effect that the incident could have, were it to occur or, where it cannot be prevented, mitigate that Adverse Effect as far as possible. 13.3 Where any incident occurs which has or may have an Adverse Effect, the assessment venue shall (whether or not it has previously identified the relevant risk) promptly take all reasonable steps to: 13.3.1 inform AAT as soon as is possible after the incident has been identified; 13.3.2 prevent the Adverse Effect and, where any Adverse Effect occurs, mitigate it as far as possible and correct it.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 Where the Employer is, any time during the Employee’s employment, not satisfied with the Employee’s performance with respect to any matter dealt with in this Agreement, the Employer will give notice to the Employee to attend a meeting; 12.2 The Employee will have the opportunity at the meeting to satisfy the Employer of the measures being taken to ensure that his performance becomes satisfactory and any programme, including any dates, for implementing these measures; 12.3 Where there is a dispute or difference as to the performance of the Employee under this Agreement, the Parties will confer with a view to resolving the dispute or difference; and 12.4 In the case of unacceptable performance, the Employer shall – 12.4.1 Provide systematic remedial or developmental support to assist the Employee to improve his performance; and 12.4.2 After appropriate performance counselling and having provided the necessary guidance and/or support as well as reasonable time for improvement in performance, the Employer may consider steps to terminate the contract of employment of the Employee on grounds of unfitness or incapacity to carry out his or her duties.

  • Cooperation of the Parties The Seller undertakes to notify the Buyer of any obstacles on his part, which may negatively influence proper and timely delivery of the Equipment.
