CENTRE RULES. Resources and Arrangements 1.1 You shall, across the entirety of your Qualification delivery, including where you use Satellite Sites and/or Sub-contract Centres: 1.1.1 ensure that you retain at all times a Workforce in sufficient numbers and who are suitably qualified and experienced to undertake the proper delivery of the Qualifications and you shall ensure that they maintain the appropriate qualifications and experience for the job they perform; 1.1.2 ensure that you have the full ability (including appropriate facilities, resources and Workforce), meeting any applicable standards set out in the Centre Rules and any Relevant Regulations, to enable you to undertake the efficient delivery of all Qualifications until the completion of such Qualifications by the relevant Learners; 1.1.3 provide your Workforce (and the Third Party Suppliers where appropriate) with appropriate inductions and ongoing professional development (including a development plan) to ensure they can maintain the level of expertise and competence to fulfil your obligations under the provisions of the Agreement (including satisfying the requirements of the Centre Rules and any Relevant Legislation); 1.1.4 manage and conduct your business and the Centre Services with professional care, skill and diligence; 1.1.5 ensure that no act or omission by you or any Third Party Supplier renders (or is likely to render) us non-compliant with Relevant Legislation or renders (or is likely to render) you unsuitable to deliver any of the Qualifications; 1.1.6 put in place effective quality assurance and management processes and monitor and keep such processes under review; 1.1.7 regularly review your resource requirements and development plans, take appropriate action on the basis of each review and promptly provide the outcomes of each review to us upon request; 1.1.8 promptly supply us with any information we may require relating to the Workforce and the Third Party Suppliers (including information and evidence relating to their qualifications, skills and experience); 1.1.9 have in place a suitable Workforce and systems appropriate for delivering the Qualifications (including in accordance with the Relevant Regulations and the Centre Rules), together with all licences and consents required in the Territory, before delivery of such Qualifications commence; 1.1.10 ensure that the Workforce and the Third Party Suppliers involved in delivering a Qualification have access to and comply with the Qualificati...
CENTRE RULES. The centre rules and mall merchandising guidelines (if requested can be viewed at Centre Management) including any eatery and food hall rules are part of the licence and you must obey them. We may change the rules as we think is necessary or desirable, but any change must be for the good management of the centre,
CENTRE RULES. 1.1. You must comply with the centre rules/etiquette which forms part of this agreement. 1. 1a All users must act in a courteous and polite manner when addressing staff and other customers. 1. 1b All users must treat all equipment and facilities with respect and not cause any damage. 1. 1c Any damage knowingly caused to facilities or equipment must be paid for by the users responsible. 1.1d Appropriate sportswear, including footwear, must be worn when using facilities. No studs, spikes or cleats to be worn indoors. 1. 1e No bags to be taken on to the gym floor or immersive studio. 1. 1f All bags and belongings should be stored in lockers provided. All items left at owner’s risk. 1. 1g Before using any exercise equipment users must read and sign the Health Commitment Statement/Pre Activity Questionnaire and have a supervised induction session. We can refuse access to the centres facilities if we consider your health maybe adversely affected by the use of such facilities. In such circumstances you will be referred to your GP. 1. 1h Any guests of members must pay the appropriate Pay As You Go rate to use facilities. 1. 1i Salt Ayre Leisure Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property suffered by any person using the centre, unless it arises from negligence. 1. 1j No scooters, bikes, wheelies, skates or skateboards to be used indoors outside of structured sessions. 1. 1k Showers are for the use of patrons of the centre only, not for the general public. 1. 1l All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 1.2. We may change the rules/etiquette at any time. We will post notice of any changes at the centre.

CENTRE RULES. You must, and must ensure that all Participants:‌ 6.1.1 comply with the Centre Rules at all times; 6.1.2 comply with all applicable laws in relation to the Permitted Use;‌ 6.1.3 comply with instructions given by our staff in relation to the Facilities, Equipment and the Permitted Use; 6.1.4 do not interfere with use of the Centre by any other person (including any Centre members and hirers of facilities, equipment or areas in the Centre); 6.1.5 do not behave in a way which is inappropriate, risky or detrimental to the safe enjoyment of the Centre by others; 6.1.6 do not hawk, sell, dispose of or supply any goods and services in the Centre; 6.1.7 do not re-hire, sub-let, or license the Centre or the Facilities or any part of them to any person;‌ 6.1.8 do not erect or display, within the Centre, any advertisement without written consent from the Manager or erect or display any advertisement or signage; 6.1.9 do not bring or permit to be brought into the Centre any alcohol beverage, unless prior written permission is approved from Management and the appropriate liquor license is obtained to Management's satisfaction; 6.1.10 do not bring or permit to be brought into the Mind and Body Studios any foods due to health and safety concerns relating specifically to allergic reactions and anaphylaxis, unless prior written permission is provided by Management;‌ 6.1.11 do not bring or permit to be brought into the Meeting and Multipurpose Rooms any foods, unless prior written permission is provided by Management. 6.1.12 do not collect any monies in or adjacent to the Centre or grounds surrounding the Centre without the prior written consent by us;‌ 6.1.13 do not permit radio or television broadcast, motion pictures or other film, recording, audio or video tapes made of any activities or events in the Centre without prior written approval from Management and the relevant licensing authorities; 6.1.14 do not erect any marquee, hut, stall or similar structure in or adjacent to the Centre, or do so contrary to any condition imposed by Management; 6.1.15 do not sell, offer or expose for sale or permit to be sold any refreshments, merchandise or other goods, massage or other service in association with the Hire; 6.1.16 do not bring or permit to be brought into the Centre any dangerous goods or hazardous substances, including glass containers.   • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.
