Identification Credentials. Each party shall have the right to require the other party’s Personnel and representatives to exhibit identification credentials issued by such party in order to exercise any right of access under this Agreement.
Identification Credentials. The Service Provider shall ensure that all employees both uniformed and non- uniformed (if applicable) have the required identification credentials in their possession while on the premises. The Service Provider identification credential document shall contain the following: a. A photograph that is at least one inch square that shows the full face and shoulders of the employee and is no more than 30 days old when the Service Provider issues the credential. b. A printed document that contains personal data and description consisting of the employee's name, sex, birth date, height, weight, hair color and eye color, as well as the date of issuance, the signature of the employee, and the signature of project manager designated Service Provider personnel. c. To avoid the appearance of having Government issued badges, the Service Provider shall not possess wallet type badges or credentials. All credentials shall be approved by the COTR.
Identification Credentials. All employees who are required in the performance of their duties in the field to deal directly with the public, shall be provided with the appropriate credentials of identification.

If for any reason, any of Supplier’s employees or subcontractors are no longer performing Services, Supplier shall immediately inform Company’s Representative in the speediest manner possible. Notification shall be followed by the prompt delivery to Company’s Representative of the identification credentials involved or a written statement of the reasons why the identification credentials cannot be returned. Supplier shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained by Company if the identification credentials are not returned to Company.
Identification Credentials. Ordering Company may, at its discretion, require BCS's employees and subcontractors to exhibit identification credentials, which Ordering Company may issue, in order to gain access to Ordering Company's premises for the performance of the work. If for any reason, any of BCS's employees or subcontractors are no longer performing work, BCS shall immediately inform Ordering Company's Representative in the speediest manner possible. Notification shall be followed by the prompt delivery to Ordering Company's Representative of the identification credentials involved or a written statement of the reasons why the identification credentials cannot be returned. Subject to Section 5.1 of this Agreement, BCS shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained by Ordering Company if the identification credentials are not returned to Ordering Company.

Identification Credentials. Verizon Wireless may, at its discretion, require Company’s employees to exhibit identification credentials that Verizon Wireless may issue in order to gain access to Verizon Wireless’ premises for the performance of Services. If, for any reason, any of Company’s employees are no longer performing work, Company shall immediately inform Verizon Wireless’ representative in the most expeditious manner possible. Notification shall be followed by the prompt delivery to Verizon Wireless’ representative of the identification credentials involved.
Identification Credentials. The contractor and all personnel shall abide by the security and identification requirements in place at Fort Bliss and under the direction of the Department of Defense to access the site. Staff who do not comply with these requirements will not be permitted access to the site and shall be removed from the contract expeditiously.   • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.

  • Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected. Approved Users also agree not to generate information (e.g., facial images or comparable representations) that could allow the identities of research participants to be readily ascertained.
