Identification of Business Representatives. The Union will provide the DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office with a written list of current full-time and part-time Business Representatives and the institution(s)/office(s) for which they are primarily responsible. All Business Representatives will have background checks and fingerprint checks completed prior to being provided access. The Union will notify DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office of any and all changes of Business Representatives within ten (10) calendar days of the change.

City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
