Identification of Issues. The parties agree that within 18 months of the date on which this Agreement comes into effect, they will discuss the operation of the processes established by this Agreement to identify any issues that have been drawn to the attention of either NZEI Te Riu Roa, the Ministry of Education, or NZSTA regarding the understanding by schools of how the new Work Matrix Table, pay rates, and progression arrangements should be applied.
