Identification of Underutilizations. For each of its EEO job categories, Lessee will identify any underutilizations of minorities and women by: 1. Identifying the number and percentage of minority and women employees by ethnic groups in division, office or department by job classification and by EEO-1 categories for which Lessee has employees. 2. Analyzing the availability of promotable minority and female employees and preparing a list of such persons, if any, by present job classification. 3. Comparing the data described above with the most recent relevant labor force availability data for persons in the particular job group or comparable occupational category(ies) for County of Alameda. 4. Identifying those job categories where minorities and/or women are present in Lessee's work force at levels below their availability to the relevant labor force for County of Alameda.

  • Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.
