JOB CATEGORIES. Job categories under this reduction in force policy are defined as follows:
1. Secretary/Clerk
2. Custodian
3. Maintenance/Grounds
4. Transportation
JOB CATEGORIES. Every appointment of a Sessional Academic Staff Member shall be made in accordance with the provisions below.

1. The reference jobs of the Horticultural Sector up to and including job category H have been classified into job categories based on the ORBA job evaluation system. The job categories up to and including job category H are listed in Annex I of this Collective Agreement.
JOB CATEGORIES. The District agrees to work with SEA to develop a job category for HighScope trained teachers. The District agrees to make this new job category accessible to District staff. The City and District agree that any conflicts in these three areas will be discussed between SEA and the District (when the three topics above are negotiated), with input from the City, and conflicts will be reported back to the City. The City and District will work collaboratively to achieve agreement with SEA in these three areas recognizing the need for timely completion.
JOB CATEGORIES.
1. The reference jobs of the Horticultural Sector up to and including job category H have been classified into job categories based on the ORBA job evaluation system. The job categories up to and including job category H are listed in annex I of this Collective Agreement.
2. The Employee's job is classified in a job category based on reference jobs and this, in turn, is based on procedures as described in the Horticultural Sector job evaluation manual.
3. If an Employee objects to a job description or the classification of his/her job, the Employee can use the appeal procedure that is used at the Employer as included in Annex 5 of this Collective Agreement.
4. Another system of job evaluation may be agreed at the Company on consultation level 2.

JOB CATEGORIES. All building level administrators will work 220 days. This shall include all teacher work days, plus the remainder of June and the entire month of August (excluding the Friday prior to Labor Day). Flex time during June or August may be granted by the Superintendent. All newly hired administrators will be given a one (1) year contract for the first year which is a probationary status contract. If the newly hired administrator satisfactorily completes the first year in the administrative position, he/she would be eligible for a two (2) year contract. Salaries will be based upon negotiations with the Superintendent and/or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Board of Education. JOB CATEGORIES. The parties agree that there are five categories of employees. Bargaining unit work will be performed only by employees in one of the five categories: Permanent Full-Time Employees: An employee who is employed for 2080 hours per year.
