If Disapproved Clause Samples

The "If Disapproved" clause outlines the actions or consequences that occur if a particular proposal, request, or submission is not approved by the relevant party. Typically, this clause specifies what happens next, such as whether the submitting party must revise and resubmit the item, or if the process is terminated altogether. For example, in a construction contract, if a contractor's materials are disapproved by the architect, the contractor may be required to propose alternatives. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear procedure for handling disapprovals, thereby reducing uncertainty and ensuring that both parties understand their options and obligations if approval is not granted.
