Imbalances Within Deviation Band 2. Deviation Band 2 applies to the portion of the deviation (i) greater than ± 1.5 percent of the scheduled amount of energy or (ii) ± 2 MW, whichever is larger in absolute value, up to and including (i) ± 7.5 percent of the scheduled amount of energy or (ii) ± 10 MW, whichever is larger in absolute value. (1) When energy delivered in a schedule period from the generation resource is less than the energy scheduled, the charge is 110 percent of BPA’s incremental cost. (2) When energy delivered in a schedule period from the generation resource is greater than the scheduled amount, the credit is 90 percent of BPA’s incremental cost.
