Common use of Immediate Family Defined Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family Defined. When the use of sick leave is due to illness or injury in the immediate family, “immediate family” shall be defined as the employee’s spouse, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, parents, grandparents or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ children.
