Common use of Immediate Family Defined Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family Defined. Members of the employee’s immediate family shall include mother, father, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ parents, stepmother, stepfather, grandparents, spouse, domestic partner, children, brother, sister; and mother, father, sister, brother, son, and/or daughter of spouse or domestic partner, grandchild, legal guardian, and such persons as the Superintendent or designee may approve in individual cases.
