Impairment of Service Clause Samples
The Impairment of Service clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties if the agreed-upon services are disrupted, degraded, or otherwise fail to meet specified standards. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for reporting service issues, the timeframes for resolution, and any remedies available to the affected party, such as service credits or the right to terminate the agreement if problems persist. Its core function is to ensure accountability and provide a clear process for addressing service failures, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and minimizing operational disruptions.
