Common use of Impartiality as to Rates and Services Clause in Contracts

Impartiality as to Rates and Services. ‌ (1) Subject to Section 3(f)(2), in providing the Visitor Services, the Operator must require its employees to observe a strict impartiality as to rates and services in all circumstances. The Operator must comply with all Applicable Laws relating to nondiscrimination in providing visitor services to the public, including those set forth in Exhibit 7. (2) The Operator may grant complimentary or reduced rates under such circumstances as are customary in businesses of the character conducted under this Agreement. However, the Director reserves the right to review and modify the Operator's complimentary or reduced rate policies and practices as part of a rate approval process.
