Common use of Impassable Roads Clause in Contracts

Impassable Roads. Because roads are impassable from a teacher’s normal place of residence to their place of work due to the road(s) being temporarily closed by municipal or provincial authorities, or where the teacher has made a reasonable effort to travel to work using an alternate open route. Where the road(s) is(are) reopened or become passable during the workday, the teacher is expected to attend at their place of work for the remainder of the day.
