Implementation and Review. The Chief Academic Officers or designees of the parties to this agreement will implement the terms of this agreement, including identifying and incorporating any changes into subsequent agreements, assuring compliance with system policy, procedure and guidelines, and conducting a periodic review of this agreement.

Implementation and Review. The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. Implementation and Review. PRINCIPLE 7 1. The implementation of the Concordat’s principles will lead to greater integration of researchers into the mainstream management and career development structures of their employing organisations. The aim of this section is to promote implementation through a collective commitment to reviewing its progress. 2. The signatories agree: a. to constitute a steering group under an independent chair to oversee the implementation and review of the Concordat with appropriate representation of the funders and sector bodies including the Professional Institutions. This group will inform the UK Research Base Funders’ Forum of progress. b. to procure an independent benchmarking study to assess the state of the sector at the launch of this Concordat. c. to contribute an appropriate share of the costs of supporting implementation and review, including the benchmarking report. d. to draw up an implementation plan for the Concordat, to ensure a coherent and sustained approach by organisations operating in the sector and the appropriate use of survey and monitoring tools such as the Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS). e. to undertake and publish a major review of the implementation of the Concordat after three years reporting to the signatories and taking account of progress against the benchmark report and the views of researchers and employers (both outside and within the HE sector). 3. The signatory funders will ensure that their terms and conditions of, for example, project grants include the expectation that the Research Organisations that they fund will adopt the principles of the revised Concordat. 4. The signatories recognise the value of innovation in practices and of sharing practice between institutions and aim to promote these throughout the implementation and review process. The funding signatories will consider aligning their support for transferable and career development skills. It is expected that ▇▇▇▇▇, the national programme dedicated to realising the potential of researchers, funded by the Research Councils, will play a major role in innovating, sharing practice and enhancing the capability of the sector to implement aspects of the Concordat, as well as establishing strategic partnerships between funders. 5. Implementation and Review. The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services.10 9 The implementation of the obligation to establish appropriate mechanisms for small administrative agencies may need to take into account resource and budget constraints. 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement). Further to Article 117 (General Obligations), this Chapter reflects the preferential trading relationship between the Parties, the mutual objective to facilitate temporary entry for business persons on a reciprocal basis and in accordance with Annex 7 (Commitments for Temporary Entry for Business Persons), the need to establish transparent criteria and procedures for temporary entry and the need to ensure border security and to protect the domestic labor force and permanent employment in their respective territories.

C. The college and university shall work with students to resolve the transfer of courses should changes to either program occur while the agreement is in effect. D. This Articulation Agreement will be reviewed by both parties beginning 08/13/2019 (within six months of the end date). E. When a student enrolls at the receiving institution following this agreement, the receiving institution will encode any course waivers and substitutions. F. This articulation agreement applies only to the receiving program in effect Fall 2013 until revised.

UW‐▇▇▇▇▇ and Western Technical College will share materials, catalogs, and other information to facilitate their understanding of requirements and programs. Western Technical College will assist UW‐▇▇▇▇▇ in arranging recruitment events on its campuses. C. Any marketing of this agreement will be subject to the prior approval of both parties and will adhere to each institution’s standards for the use of its name and logo. Each institution will assume responsibility for appropriate marketing to reach its student population. Each institution may provide a link to this agreement and/or the other institution on its website, with notice to the other party. D. Both parties agree that failure to maintain regional accreditation will be grounds for termination of the agreement. Failure to maintain accreditation required by the specific academic program(s) referenced in this agreement will be grounds for exclusion of that program from the agreement. E. This Articulation Agreement is effective on 05/01/2020 and shall remain in effect until the end date of 05/01/2025 or for five years, whichever occurs first, unless terminated or amended by either party with 90 days prior written notice. F. The college and university shall work with students to resolve the transfer of courses should changes to either program occur while the agreement is in effect. G. This Articulation Agreement will be reviewed by both parties no later than 12/01/2024 (within six months of the end date) but will also be considered on a yearly basis upon updates to the undergraduate catalog at UW‐▇▇▇▇▇.

Implementation and Review. The Parties agree to undertake diligent efforts for the effective implementation of the MoU. Implementation activities may include, but are not limited to, the execution of agreed upon plans, regular progress assessments, and timely communication to ensure the successful realization of the goals outlined in this MoU. The Parties shall consult from time to time, at the request of either institution, for the purpose of reviewing the operation of this Agreement.
