Common use of Implementation Committee Clause in Contracts

Implementation Committee. 21.4.1 Upon the decision of the Board of Governors, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall form an Implementation Committee (IC) to oversee the process set forth in this Article. The IC will consist of the following members: The Chair shall be the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or their designate. a) one (1) person appointed by to the Governors; b) one (1) tenured member of the bargaining unit elected by GFC; c) one (1) tenured academic staff member, from the bargaining unit, appointed by to the Association; d) one (1) ▇▇▇▇ appointed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇: e) one (1) member appointed by mutual agreement of the Parties; and in addition: f) one (1) non-voting representative of the Association; and g) one (1) non-voting representative of the Governors; both of whom may freely report on the committee processes to their constituents.
