Implementation Committee. A six (6) person committee will be established, comprised of three (3) Company representatives and three (3) PWU representatives, to identify and resolve any problems and make recommendations to the Oversight Committee for any changes to the collective agreement. Any inconsistencies between the existing collective agreement and this article will be resolved in a manner consistent with the goals and principles of this Article. Any unresolved matters and changes to the collective agreement will be referred to the Oversight Committee for resolution.
Implementation Committee. 21.4.1 Upon the decision of the Board of Governors, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President (Academic) shall form an Implementation Committee (IC) to oversee the process set forth in this Article. The IC will consist of members of the University community: The Chair shall be the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President (Academic) or his/her designate. a) one (1) person agreeable to the Governors; b) one (1) tenured member of the bargaining unit elected by GFC; c) one (1) tenured academic staff member, from the bargaining unit, agreeable to the Association; d) one (1) ▇▇▇▇ appointed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice-President (Academic); e) one (1) member appointed by mutual agreement of the Parties; and in addition: f) one (1) non-voting representative of the Association; and g) one (1) non-voting representative of the Governors; both of whom may freely report on the committee processes to their constituents. 21.4.2 No IC member shall be from the affected Faculty. 21.4.3 The IC shall include both men and women. 21.4.4 The IC may not meet unless the Association and Governors representatives are present. Four (4) voting members shall constitute a quorum. The IC shall establish its own procedures within the parameters of this Article.
Implementation Committee. The District and the Association agree to form an Implementation Committee (the ―Committee‖) consisting of two (2) members appointed by the District and two (2) members appointed by the Association. The Committee will have the general responsibility of overseeing the timely and orderly implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement. Specifically, the Committee will have the authority by consensus to do the following: (i) To resolve any and all disputes arising out of the posting and filling provisions of this Agreement. (ii) To develop and implement adjustment/training plans to assist teachers in the transition from either an elementary or secondary school to a middle school during the first year; and (iii) To review and finalize on or before December 1, 2001, the roles and responsibilities of the teacher(s) with special responsibility (team leader). Upon review, should it be determined that the roles and responsibilities of the position have evolved sufficiently to warrant additional compensation, the Committee, on behalf of the District and the Association, will determine the appropriate amount. Any additional compensation will be retroactive to the date the individual(s) commenced in that position. This Memorandum of Agreement will be appended to and form part of the Collective Agreement in effect between the parties, and will continue to be in effect for the life of that Agreement. Any dispute arising out of the Application and/or interpretation of the Memorandum of Agreement is grievable under the terms of Article A.6 (―Grievance Procedure‖) of the Collective Agreement. Implementation Committee. Following the execution of this MOU, IC will be selected as outlined above, and function as described below.
Implementation Committee. The CCBA provides that Developer shall contribute (or cause the contribution of) Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) per year during the term of the CCBA for the operation of the “Implementation Committee” established under the CCBA (the “Implementation Committee Contribution”).
Implementation Committee. To assist with the implementation of this Agreement, Developer and Lead Organizations shall promptly form an Implementation Committee. The purpose for the Implementation Committee shall be to work closely with the CAC, the PAC and all residents of District 10 to ensure that the implementation of this Agreement meets the needs of the BVHP community and reflects the substantial work of the CAC and the PAC in identifying the needs of BVHP and District 10. The Implementation Committee shall meet regularly to develop strategies and procedures for the implementation of the policies and programs set forth in this Agreement. Developer shall provide $75,000 per year for the operation of the Implementation Committee. Voting procedures and other rules of operation of the Implementation Committee shall be determined jointly by the Lead Organizations and Developer. The Implementation Committee shall establish processes and priorities for expenditures of the Workforce Development Fund and the Community First Housing Fund, within the purposes set forth in this Agreement. In establishing these processes and priorities the Implementation Committee shall be guided by an inclusive, comprehensive, community-driven process, to determine BVHP community needs within the parameters of the funding obligations and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Implementation Committee. The parties agree that for the purposes of facilitating the implementation of this Agreement an Implementation Committee will be established which will: (i) comprise two employees nominated by the NTEU and two employees nominated by the University; (ii) meet at the request of either party to this Agreement to discuss issues arising out of, and to develop strategies for the implementation of this Agreement; and (iii) be cognisant of the special needs of EEO groups.

Implementation Committee. This Committee will oversee the implementation of this Agreement for the first 12 months from its date of commencement. Each Business Unit will elect a representative in accordance with Clause 5.6. A new implementation committee will be elected by the staff and Management at the conclusion of this period for a further 12 months and the same process will take place for the life of this agreement.
