Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient, through the TSG, shall implement the Project in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan, the Project Operational Manual, the FM Manuals and the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual, respectively. The Recipient: (i) shall maintain the Environmental Management Plan, the Project Operational Manual, the FM Manuals and the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual each in form and content acceptable to the Association; (ii) shall duly perform all its obligations under the Environmental Management Plan, the Project Operational Manual, the FM Manuals and the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual in a timely manner and in accordance with their respective terms, and apply and implement, as the case may be, the criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements therein respectively set forth; and (iii) shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Environmental Management Plan, the Project Operational Manual, either of the FM Manuals or the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual or any provision of any one thereof, without obtaining the prior written approval of the Association.
2. The Recipient shall cause the Entities, through the Federation MOA, the Federation MOH, the Federation PIU, the RS MOA, the RS MOH and the RS PCU, as the case may be:
(i) to take all measures necessary to perform their respective obligations under the Environmental Management Plan, the Project Operational Manual, the respective FM Manuals and the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual in a timely manner and in accordance with their respective terms, and apply and implement, as the case may be, the criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements therein respectively set forth; and
(ii) to not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived the Project Operational Manual, the Environmental Management Plan, the respective FM Manuals or the Poultry Culling Compensation Scheme Manual or any provision of any one thereof, except with the prior written approval of the Association.
3. The Recipient, through the TSG, shall, not later than October 31 of each year, during the implementation of the Project, starting October 31, 2007, submit to the Association an Annual Work Program for the following calendar year, and shall agree with the Association on activities to be taken under the Project in the following calendar year and the related budget.

Implementation Covenants. 1. Republika Srpska shall maintain the Republika Srpska PIU at all times during Project implementation, with such staff and resources as shall be required for the Republika Srpska PIU to perform its duties in respect of the overall management and implementation of its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the Operational Manual, including the Guidelines, and satisfactory to the Association.
2. Republika Srpska shall cause the Republika Srpska PIU to carry out the Project in accordance the Operational Manual, including the Guidelines, and maintain the Operational Manual until the completion of the Project, and unless the Association may otherwise agree, not to amend, repeal or waive, or permit to be amended, repealed or waived, the Operational Manual, including the Guidelines, or any provision of either one thereof.
3. In carrying out Part B.1.(c) of the Project, Republika Srpska shall follow the Guidelines, which form an integral part of the Operational Manual, and shall give details of all procedural arrangements for the review, appraisal, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of Sub-projects, including procedures for submission and review of requests for financing, criteria for the review and approval of Sub-projects, and approval of Performance Grants, applicable procurement, disbursement and other implementation guidelines, and model forms of Performance Grant Agreements and works contracts with local contractors.
4. In carrying out Part B.1.(c) of the Project the following terms and conditions shall apply:
(a) Performance Grants shall be provided for the benefit of Beneficiaries and shall be acceptable to the Association and specified in the Guidelines; provided however that:
(i) no Performance Grant shall be granted except to finance a Sub- project which (i.1) is technically sound and feasible, and (i.2) contributes to improvement of the governance of Beneficiaries; and
(ii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the amount of each Performance Grant shall not exceed $50,000 equivalent, or ninety percent (90%) of the total cost of the Sub-project, whichever is less.
(b) For the purposes of each Performance Grant, the Republika Srpska PIU shall conclude a Performance Grant Agreement with the Beneficiary in the form of the model provided in the Guidelines, setting forth the respective obligations of the parties thereunder, including details of disbursement schedules and procurement procedures, as they may apply, the amount of...
Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient shall maintain the SLC, the SLC Working Groups, the SLC Secretariat, the TSU, the KSC, and the MTEP PMU at all times during Project implementation, with terms of reference and resources satisfactory to the World Bank, and with competent staff in adequate numbers.
2. The Recipient, through the SLC, the SLC Working Groups, the SLC Secretariat, the TSU, the KSC, and the MTEP PMU shall:
(a) duly perform all obligations under the Project Implementation Manual, the Framework EIA, the EMPs and the Process Framework in a timely manner and in accordance with their respective terms, and apply and implement, as the case may be, the actions, criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements therein set forth; and
(b) not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived the Project Implementation Manual, the Framework EIA, the EMPs or the Process Framework or any provisions of any one thereof, except with the prior written approval of the World Bank.
3. The Recipient shall exchange views with the World Bank on the results of the waste classification, options analysis and feasibility study at the KAP solid waste dump site under Part C2 of the Project, and shall take these results into account in finalizing the cost, technical solution and timetable for remediation, recycling and proper containment of waste at the KAP solid waste dump site.
Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient shall carry out its obligations in accordance with the Project Operational Manual, the EMP and the MOU, and shall not amend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive any provision of the Project Operational Manual, the EMP or the MOU, without prior approval of the Association.
2. The Recipient, through the ▇▇▇▇, shall:
(a) not later than September 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project, starting September 15, 2006, submit to the Association for review and approval an Annual Reform Program for the following calendar year, including indicative amounts needed to implement the activities under the respective ARP, prepared in accordance with the format included in the Project Operational Manual, and shall agree with the Association on steps to be taken in the following calendar year; and
(b) not later than April 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project, starting April 15, 2007, submit to the Association a report on the performance of the Annual Reform Program for the preceding calendar year and the overall Program, monitored pursuant to indicators and monitoring arrangements set forth in the Project Operational Manual; and
(c) jointly undertake with the Association a review of the Project activities based on the report referred to in subparagraph (b) above.
3. The Recipient shall cause an operational review covering the preceding calendar year to be carried out and finalized by independent auditors acceptable to the Association on terms of reference acceptable to the Association each year during Project implementation. Such review shall cover the Recipient’s internal control framework and procedures, including procurement processes and the financial management system, for the Recipient’s education sector, and shall be conducted in accordance with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and on terms of reference acceptable to the Association. The results and findings of the audit and review shall be submitted to the Association by April 15 of each year during the implementation of the Project, starting April 15, 2008. The first review and results submitted by April 15, 2008 shall cover the calendar years 2006 and 2007.
4. If, as a result of the reports referenced in paragraphs 2(b) and 3 of this Section II, the Association determines at any time that proceeds of the Credit were not used to finance Eligible Expenditures under the respective Annual Reform Program, or were otherwise not justified, the Association may: ...
Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient shall cause the Federation to maintain the Federation PIU at all times during Project implementation, and the Recipient shall cause Republika Srpska to maintain the Republika Srpska PIU during the same period, in each case with such staff and resources as shall be required for the Federation PIU and the Republika Srpska PIU, as the case may be, to perform its duties in respect of the overall management and implementation of Part A and Part B, as the case may be, of the Project in accordance with the Operational Manual, including the Guidelines, and satisfactory to the Association.

Implementation Covenants. 1. HV and the Croatia PIT shall:
(a) duly perform their obligations under the Operational Manual, the EMP, the EMF and the MOU in a timely manner and in accordance with their respective terms, and apply and implement, as the case may be, the actions, criteria, policies, procedures and arrangements therein set forth; and
(b) not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived the Operational Manual, the EMP, the EMF or the MOU or any provisions of any one thereof, except with the prior written approval of the World Bank.
2. HV, through the Croatia PIT, shall: (a) duly perform its obligations under this Agreement and the HV Subsidiary Grant Agreement, as the case may be, in accordance with the river basin management plan to be prepared under Part A.(iii) of the Project and acceptable to the World Bank; and (b) in the event that said plan is amended or waived, ensure that any such amendment or waiver is acceptable to the World Bank.
Implementation Covenants. The Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the obligations relating to it as incorporated by reference in Section I.A of Schedule 2 to the Grant Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of such Section.

The Recipient shall: (a) implement the Project, ensure that all Subprojects shall be implemented, in accordance with its Waste Handling and Disposal Guidelines; and (b) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, the Waste and Disposal Guidelines in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

The Recipient shall implement the Project in accordance with the Annual Action Plan and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend or waive, or permit to be amended or waived, the Annual Action Plan in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
3. The Recipient shall ensure that the first joint review planning and budgeting exercise is held, by no later than June 30, 2007, and subsequently every April of each year.
4. The Recipient shall ensure that HAPCO shall, no later than October 1, 2007, complete an epidemiological synthesis to better understand the trends and drivers of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, in a manner satisfactory to the Association.
Implementation Covenants. 1. The Borrower shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on the Implementation of the Integrated Land Administration System Project, the Project Implementation Plan and the Project Operational Manual, and shall not amend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive any provision in the Agreement on the Implementation of the Integrated Land Administration System Project, the Project Implementation Plan or the Project Operational Manual without prior written approval by the Bank.
2. The Borrower shall, not later than December 31, 2013, establish a permanent management organization for the JIS, in a manner satisfactory to the Bank.
3. The Borrower, through the PIU, shall: (i) not later than September 1, 2011, submit to the Bank for review and approval an annual training plan for the Project for the remainder of calendar year 2011; and (ii) on December 1 of each year, starting on December 1, 2011, submit to the Bank for review and approval an annual training plan for the Project for the following calendar year.
Implementation Covenants. 1. The Recipient shall ensure that at all times, the DIFK and the Deposit Insurance Scheme operate, and the DIFK Fund is used, in accordance with the provisions of DIFK’s Legislation and this Agreement.
2. The Recipient shall ensure that the DIFK does not amend, suspend, repeal, abrogate or waive the regulations or directives adopted by the DIFK as referenced in paragraph B.1 (b) (ii) of Section IV of this Schedule in a manner that materially and adversely affects the financial management and other fiduciary procedures and standards applicable to the DIFK.
3. The Recipient shall ensure that the DIFK and the CBK do not amend, suspend, repeal, abrogate or waive the agreement entered into by them as referenced in paragraph B.1 (b) (iii) of Section IV of this Schedule in a manner that materially and adversely affects the services in relation to financial management and other fiduciary procedures being provided by the CBK to the DIFK.
4. The Recipient, through the CBK, shall, prior to evaluating the technical requirements and preparing the bidding documents for procurement under Part IV of the Project, hire an information technology expert, with the qualifications, experience and terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, to assist the CBK with such procurement.
