Implementation Letters. To assist the Recipient in the implementation of the Agreement, USAID, from time to time, will issue Implementation Letters that will furnish additional information about matters stated in this Agreement. The Parties may also issue jointly agreed-upon Implementation Letters to confirm and record their mutual understanding on aspects of the implementation of this Agreement. Implementation Letters can also be issued to record revisions or exceptions that are permitted by the Agreement. Non-sub-obligating Implementation Letters may also be used to notify the RDOAG signatory/recipient of USAID’s intent to sub-obligate RDOAG funds to an entity other than the RDOAG signatory/recipient.
