Common use of Implementation of Global Policies Clause in Contracts

Implementation of Global Policies. 6.1.1 The Operator, in collaboration with the RIRs, shall: (a) post the Global Policies on its website; and (b) document the procedures, according to which it will apply these Global Policies and post them on its website. 6.1.2 Additionally, within a calendar month of the adoption of a new Global Policy or the amendment of an existing Global Policy, the Operator, in collaboration with the RIRs, shall: (a) post the Global Policy on its website; and (b) document the procedures, according to which it will implement this Global Policy and post them on its website.
