Implementation of Services. 2.6.1 If the Company, during the term of the Agreement, has a requirement for the provision of Relevant DS3 System Services (the specifications of which services are set out in Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4), and where a Service Provider has made such services available in accordance with this Agreement, the Company may require the immediate implementation of any or all Relevant DS3 System Services made available by a Service Provider and require a Service Provider to provide those services. 2.6.2 The provision of such implemented services shall be in accordance with the applicable parameters, terms and conditions as are set out in this Agreement, in particular Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 4 and Schedule 9 and/or as may otherwise be issued by the Company under this Agreement.

Implementation of Services. 2.6.1 If the Company, during the term of the Agreement, has a requirement for the provision of Relevant DS3 System Services (the specifications of which services are set out in Schedule 2, Schedule 3 and Schedule 4), and where a Service Provider has made procured that such services are made available in accordance with this Agreement, the Company may require the immediate implementation of any or all Relevant DS3 System Services made available by a Service Provider and require a Service Provider to procure that the Providing Unit Operator provide those servicesservices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 2.6.2 The provision of such implemented services shall be in accordance with the applicable parameters, terms and conditions as are set out in this Agreement, in particular Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule 4 and Schedule 9 and/or as may otherwise be issued by the Company under this Agreement.
